DMIT更新了IP更换政策，把从前分区域的调整变成了分产品线调整，对于LAX区域新政策与之前无明显区别。本次更改政策后，将不再区分区域，HKG,TYO区域的Pro以及EB产品也将享受与LAX区域相同的政策。对于绝大多数情况，您将无需再为IP更改付出额外费用。
此次更新后，对于HKG和TYO的Eyeball系列产品，以前是需要付费更换的，更新后享受和LAX区域相同的政策。
此外DMIT的活动款，如36usd，39usd，49usd等都可以免费更换IP了。

20.1针对Premium&Eyeball网络配置：
1.有IPCare+服务：每7天可更换一次IP。
2.无IPCare+服务&按月计费周期：每15天可更换一次IP。
3.无IPCare+服务&非按月计费周期：每15天可更换一次IP。
4.其他情况：您可以随时支付5.00美元进行IP更换。
20.2针对PremiumSecure网络配置：
1.无IPCare+服务：每次更换IP费用为15.00美元，每次更换间隔30天。
20.3针对Tier1(标准)网络配置：
1.无IPGuarantee+附加服务：DMIT不保证新订单的IP在全球范围内可访问，特别是对于……，额你懂的……
2.有IPGuarantee+附加服务：在敏感地区保证首次连接。
3.其他情况：每次更换IP费用为5.00美元，每次更换间隔7天。
1.针对Premium&Eyeball网络配置，将确保首次连接在所有国家可达：
1.如果因不可抗力导致某国的互联网中断（包括但不限于政治活动、战争、灾难等），则该条款无效。
2.DMIT将收取替换费用，如果ICMP可达，或只有部分端口在某些国家不可达。
3.DMIT将在新订单下达7天内收取替换费用。
4.DMIT将收取服务剩余天数少于7天的替换费用。
5.有IPCare+服务：您可以随时支付5.00美元进行IP更换。
